Positive Experience
Last year I purchased my new Suzuki Vitara from Auto Solutions - an experience I found to be a positive one. Following my last two experiences with your service department I can say with complete honesty that I will in future use Auto Solutions for all my car’s needs out of choice rather from necessity. You have an excellent team and although I make particular mention of David and Sabrina, all staff members with whom I have had dealings have been courteous, friendly and efficient. Too often we are all quick to criticize and complain but reluctant to voice appreciation for genuinely good customer service. Hence this note.

Your customer service team are all just awesome. I had 2 separate appointments, one for a hood latch replacement and another a few weeks later for a tune up. When I asked the day before if I could have both done the same day, it was no problem. The shuttle to and from town is so convenient. You have a young lady there that practically skips/jogs from one area to the other and is super helpful every time, and seems to really remember me from the last appointment, full of energy and shows that she loves her job.
I always leave there happy with my car and with a smile, thank you all!
